OAMC and adidas Originals Work on an SS20 Drop

The Herzogenaurach-based brand has announced an official SS20 release with OAMC. A total of five sneakers will be released: three colourways of type O-1 and two colourways of type O-2.

After OAMC co-founder Luke Meier introduced the new silhouette Type O-6 at Paris Fashion Week, the designer sat down with adidas and worked on new sneakers that would surely rock the spring season. Some sneakers and colourways remind us of the adidas Supercourt RX. But, with the OAMC updates, the sneakers get to have their own special touch.

The three OAMC x adidas Originals Type O-1 will drop in colours "Mid Grey", "Natural White", and OAMC-exclusive "Camel". All three pairs come with a unique look and technical highlights. A light and breathable mesh, rubber inserts, and a midfoot strap combine the sock-like entry with the chunky sole.

However, the two OAMC x adidas Originals Type O-2 models strongly remind us of the adidas Originals Stan Smith. The slim upper and high-quality materials feature the colours "Mid Grey" and "Natural White". While the OAMC x adidas Originals Type O-1 uses a strap, the Type O-2 ties the sneakers with flat coloured laces. A similar sole sits further underneath, also in a matching colour.

adidas announces the drop for January 23rd at 10:00 am. The OAMC x adidas Originals Type O-1 is priced at 280€, while the OAMC x adidas Originals Type O-2 is at 250€.
