His different iterations revitalize every single shoe again and again. One series stands out particularly well. The Yeezy 350 V2 series is a long runner and never seems to lose its fame. As soon as a new colourway is seen, every sneakerhead has their eye on the release calendar and waits anxiously for the drop. If you wait too long, you have to go home with an L. The hype is always there and makes for an instant sold-out.

Whoever hears "Yeezy" probably thinks of a classic adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 and its dynamic and slim shape. In the last few weeks and months, however, a line has become particularly big at adidas and in the sneaker world. We are talking about the adidas Yeezy Boost 700, and Kanye West and the Three Stripes brand have recently increased the line quite considerably. What started with a normal adidas Yeezy Boost 700 has slowly developed into a Yeezy Boost 700 V2 and now, already a Yeezy Boost 700 V3 and a Boost 700 MNVN.

However, the core features have hardly evolved with each new silhouette. The shoes have not lost their chunky soles and the voluminous upper also remains firm. In any case, the individual small details have changed a whole lot.

The adidas Yeezy Boost 700 was the first to open the line. The sneakers stood out from the beginning due to their high sole as well as the wild mix of materials. Mesh, leather, and suede were all laid in different shades. But the price probably seems to scare most people away. Kanye has not published that many issues. There, we have seen much more of the 350 V2. The Yeezy Boost 700 is priced at 300€. But the real sneakerheads do not seem to look at the price. The shoes are sold out directly after a release.

Why fill the line with just one sneaker when the ideas are there in abundance? That's probably what Kanye thought and thus he released a new version right away. The Yeezy Boost 700 V2 is that successor with a few details changed, leading to a new and full-fledged sneaker. The upper shows the biggest changes, while the sole still shows the exposed zones. Most of the editions have a mesh base and suede overlays that are colour-coordinated.

But the adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V2 should not end the line but instead make room for another sneaker. On December 23, 2019, the very first adidas Yeezy Boost 700 V3 was released, which is completely different from the older models. But its aesthetic remains unchanged. The sole is chunky and the upper is still curved and voluminous. But the TPU overlays are completely new and have never been seen on a Yeezy 700 before. The new cage rolls completely over the upper material and encloses the entire foot.

All good things come in, uh, yes, four! No sooner than the Yeezy Boost 700 V3 by adidas and Kanye had been released, another 700 came out. But the latest model is not called Yeezy 700 V4, but MNVN. What the MNVN stands for is not yet clear, as we are only in the early stages. But the new details and accents can already be seen immediately. The cage disappears with the new model and completely exposes the flexible upper material. Instead, a large and reflective "700" adorns the side walls. Furthermore, the 700 MNVN has found its way and its roots to the original 700. The 700 V3 has shown a smooth midsole, while the 700 MNVN again takes on typical shapes and embossing on the sole.
