A new adidas Ultra Boost is dropping soon at Asphaltgold, and it has been reworked by Mark "Gonz" Gonzales. The collaborative sneaker features an edgy motif, as the upper features a "Shmoo" design, and the Boost cushioning is drenched in a dark hue. You can check out the first pics here.
Gonz is one of the most influential and important skateboarders of all time. He has worked with notable designers, while his partnership with adidas Skateboarding has been one of the most successful. Most recently, the US skateboarder released a black adidas Superstar ADV.
The most striking detail of the Gonz x adidas Ultra Boost DNA is the print on the upper. Its well-known Shmoo logo is used for a camouflage pattern, and the side cages are almost transparent. Added to that are a black Boost sole and a brown Continental outsole.
When to Buy the Gonz x adidas Ultra Boost DNA
The Gonz x adidas Ultra Boost DNA will be released on May 5th at selected retailers like Asphaltgold for 179€. Check out the first pictures here, and don't miss the drop. It is possible that the shoes will be released by adidas at a later date.
