#FAKENEWS tweets from John Wexler provides response regarding claims of a Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Bred" Restock
The Yeezy Mafia was hugely disappointed from recent news that there were claims of a Yeezy Boost 350 V2 “Bred” restock. Adidas Global Director of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing John Wexler gave his statement regarding the now deleted Instagram post by the Yeezy Mafia. Wexkler tweeted #FAKENEWS on Twitter over the weekend as a response to the rumours from the said leak account.
The usual leak from the Yeezy Mafia was called out by Wexler, who ended up disappointing fans who had been anticipating for a restock for quite a long time now. The fans’ frustration was based on the fact that they had indeed been waiting for this highly coveted piece, a big collaboration between Kanye West and Adidas, since it was released in 2017, only to have their bubble burst with the hashtag #FAKENEWS from Wexler himself.
Despite Wexler’s Twitter post, other similar leak accounts are still hoping for a restock of the Yeezy Boost 350 V2. They will not be disheartened that easily.
