Nike releases official photos of the Air Max 90 OG "Infrared". On October 22nd, the sneakers will drop in Tokyo and on November 9th, worldwide. The Nike Air Max 90 OG "Infrared" will also be available in full family sizing and in the OG shoe box.

The first leaks of the OG release of the Nike Air Max 90 "Infrared" appeared more than half a year ago. In spring 2020, the OG model was expected to be released on Air Max Day. Now, it is assumed that there will be a drop in November 2020.
Insiders also expect a two-part release. On November 9th, the Nike Air Max 90 "Infrared" as well as a black-based colour scheme is supposed to drop. The second colourway is a Reverse Infrared iteration with reversed colours. We will stay tuned and keep you up to date.

Thirty years is an incredibly long time. Only a few sneakers can last half an eternity and still look this good. The Nike Air Max 90 came out three decades ago and painted the sidewalls with this exact colourway.
Did you know that Tinker Hatfield originally tried several colourways in the beginning and the "Infrared" was actually called "Hyvent Orange"?
Besides the "Infrared", for example, a Spruce (Lime) colourway also dropped. But, the masses seemed to like this red colourway better at that time and until now, it is still the fan favorite of many sneakerheads.
For the 30th anniversary, many sneakerheads assumed that the Nike Air Max 90 "Infrared" will be released on Air Max Day. Now, sources have reported about a much later release, which will allegedly come at Christmas time. But, the details and the known colours should not change at all such as the colour blocking or the material itself.
