What surprising news from Nike! The label has decided on an unexpected return of the legendary Nike Air Tuned Max. This means that not only the Nike Air Huarache and the Air Structure Triax 91 are celebrating a comeback, but also the retro sneaker from 1999.

Anyone who thinks that this is just another comeback is wrong. This is the first time that the Nike Air Tuned Max is dropping again. The running-inspired sneaker hasn't been seen on shoe shelves for over twenty years, so we're celebrating its return.

They are made of black mesh, which is then combined with iridescent overlays. Further down, we see the voluminous Air unit.

Skepta released an Air Max 97 in 2017, which was inspired by this sneaker and is now a Grail among many sneakerheads. This Nike Air Tuned Max doesn't have a confirmed release date yet, but expect a drop on February 25th at Nike and selected retailers.
